Total, uncompromized agreement on everything. The Ultimate Iron Man loses every aspect of the original iconic design principles, it's just another man in a robot suit. There's nothing to distinguish that design from the others. Maybe it looks better if you are not familiar at all with Iron Man comics, but even then I would find the Ultimate design boring.
