I got the MSI Twin Frozr Gaming GTX 970 and not only is it small but very quiet. If you don't like overclocking it comes with a gaming app that does it for you. Think OC for noobs. Has three options: OC/Gaming/Silent. OC overclocks it, Gaming is default and Silent downclocks it to save energy and reduce noise (so good for general PC use and your electricity bill).
