No. You need to buy on the US store, wherever the game is from, the dlc must also be.

Listen, as long as the game and dlc are from the same region/store it doesn't matter on which account you play it. So you buy GTA5 from US you get the DLC from US store, play both on whatever account you have on your PS4.


but i'm asking about the shark cards, the ingame currency. Is that not tied to the account you buy them off?
