Well, I know one game that runs at 60fps and doesn't have horrible pop ins.

 Athough performance should be taken into account a games quality isn't determined by its framerate lol

Knights of the Old republic ran like shit on xbox but is was one of the best RPGs I've ever played.

It is... I can't enjoy a game that only has 20fps. But most games I play are a stable 60fps, so it's hard to return to inferior games with 20fps.
