Office 365 is a productivity suite.  So Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc available both online and offline.  With an Office 365 account, you get unlimited storage on OneDrive (a service similar to Google Drive or DropBox) that's integrated into Windows 7 and Windows 8.

Xbox Music Pass allows you to store your music collection online, while also streaming music and purchasing tracks or albums.  YouTube is an unorganized mess of videos of varying quality and YouTube buffers more than it plays.  While Spotify is a competant streaming service and does allow you to puchase tracks or albums, last I knew it didn't allow you to upload your music collection. 

Skype is VOIP.  Google+ is a poorman's excuse for Facebook.  Google Voice has similar features to Skype, however Skype allows one to many video conferencing, Google Voice does not. 

Skype, OneDrive, and Office 365 are all available for Windows PC and mobile devices, iOS, and Andriod phones.  Music Pass is the only one that currently is tied (as far as I know) to Windows and based on a rumor my understanding is that Microsoft is planning on rolling out an updated service so it'll likely be available on more devices.


Xbox Music is more like Spotify Premium, and as long as you subscribe you don't have to pay for music.
