The credits themselves i buy on amazon. My Creditcard is European so Amazon and US PSN don't accept it. There are multiple ways around this.

 

What i do is buy Amazon giftcards with my own Creditcard, Amazon doesn't mind an EU here, after that change my address on Amazon and buy PSN cards with the gift cards!
