PSN doesn't care, you can even make up an e-mail address. My main concern is Amazon, which sometimes gets very picky with billing information. Some cards cannot pass, some addresses get checked.
I once got a mail asking me to fax them a copy of my ID to verify the address. So I just made a new account, used a different card and have no problems now.
I just find it easier to use the same info on PSN as well, helps with keeping all my ducks in a row.
