What I did is register on Amazon.com using a US address, and buy my codes from them, they don't charge commission. You can just google any hotel and use their information, or alternatively open a free account on viabox.com and they give you a "real" US shipping address. Same goes for that PSN account, just use any US address for it. I use Delaware for both, as that state has no sales tax... (I google "Dover Delaware hotels" and help myself with the results). |
On my US PSN my address is New York. Does that mean games cost me more than other states due to tax?

As Burek and Barack both say "YES YOU CAN!"
Getting money on the account is triky. The way I do it is I get a friend in the US to buy them and give me the codes and pay them back via paypal.
There are sites online that give you the code if you buy from them and they're 100% trust worthy.
Another way is to buy an amazon gift card and load it onto your account. Then buy the PSN card using it.
