Maybe he was still alive, and with the last ounce of his strength, tried to leap roll away but fell short?
Actually... I just tried to do the motion myself and found it natural.... don't ask.. >_>
He didn't really jump, it's just the recoil from the impact when his left knee hit the floor. |
Yeah, it looks like his leg tried to bend in the wrong direction, so it caused him to roll over. |
Ok, we've officially reached the height of nerdness, but I just tried it as well and it's completely messed up. As music pointed out, the game was a long way from done when this came out, but lets not praise this GIF as the epitomy of gaming just yet.
