You will excuse me if I take your numbers with a grain of salt. History has shown you like to underestimate PS4 numbers.

that was the time we had no shipped numbers form sony and vgc was at only 9m sold through
if i knew the 10.2m shipped number from sony at end of june and vgc was at just 9m 2 weeks into august, i would call it undertracked aswell

 

but now we know sony needed 1 month and 3 weeks to sell through the shipment numbers in summer.
so 1 month and 1 or 2 weeks to get that 13.5m shipment sold trough in the holiday season seems fine.

 

this is no bias prediction
