Your list consists if Japanese-oriented games, while I'm talking about Western Nintendo gamers.

In general, Nintendo gamers don't like any game which is violent (COD, Darksiders, Assassin's Creed) or have any level of realism (Gran Turismo, The Sims).

In general you're making things up. Plenty of Nintendo gamers own multiple systems and buy those kind of games on their other system.

I do believe that, for multiplats, this is a large part of the problem.  Multiplats have a (well earned) reputation for being poorly executed on Nintendo platforms, so many people who own Wiis and Wii Us have another system of some sort (PC, Xbox 360/One, PS3/4) to play multiplats.

The wii pretty much forced you into getting a ps360 and mulitplats on the wii u are pretty much always missing something, late, overpriced, or underdeveloped. No reason to buy them for it.

Should be noted that this is pretty much all Nintendos fault, they're missing things that gamers like on the other systems forcing people to shop elsewhere. And gamers are the ones who spend the most money.
