Yeah, I doubt that. Sony is probably quite fine with that DRM so long as it doesn't alientate the consumer and drive them to other platforms. They saw the writing on the wall and made a business decision that it would be more profitable for them, and sell them more consoles, if they didn't have it. I'd beowning a Wii U, or nothing from the new gen right now if Sony and MS both adopted the MS DRM plan. So Sony's decision was good for at least one PS4 sale.
Also, if the speculation is Sony is already using it in PS3, PSV and PS4 doesn't that make "Sony looking to include..." somewhat mischevious and misleading?
If Playready is a standards essential piece of software then MS probably isn't making too much from it.
