I'm not sure I understand why they don't count? MK8 is most certainly not on anything but WiiU and is from EAD. You'd have a better argument on Smash but they're effectively two different games between the 3DS and WiiU, and that title has never been developed by EAD or any first party (since HAL) directly but they do help develop it, and certainly fund it.
The reason that LBP3 isn't being counted is because it is, literally to a T, the same game with the same content. And GGXrd is still not developed or funded, by Sony.
