No, the PS5 wont have 131GB of RAM. Currently, devs cant even fill the 8GB of curent consoles. To be able to do that, they would have to spend even more money developing assets.
Next gen will at best have 16 or 32GB, but i dont even see the point of making systems like those as development will be so expensive to take advantage of those specs that probably no one will risk developing those games.

First off they have 5GB of RAM on current gen not 8 (for games I mean) but yea they could probably fill them up pretty easily and probably do. But there's plenty to work with. 131GB would be absurd unless they're going to have intall games directly to RAM which would be pretty neat. Of course, in 5 years the cost of RAM is NOT going to drop that dramatically where 131 GB  by itself would be feasible in a console let alone the expected jump in processing power, etc.
