Anyone else feel like Smash Bros U and Halo MCC are still undertracked?

Me and 4 of my friends are getting Halo MCC digitally and have it already pre-installed. Does that count towards pre-orders?

If not, there is your large gap for Halo. What fool these days is going to buy the Halo disk only to have to digitally install a 20GB update on day 1 in order to play it?
