1.) yes! destiny on ps4 september was 1.4m for us ( was adjusted down 150k after npd) and we know it did way below 1m without bundles and ~300k bundle sales
2.) no. digital sales are not tracked
3.) dunno. dont think so. maybe just the usual preorder chart. but blackfirday is not a preorder purchas day. its a grab sales day
