Lol... funny.
Seriously though, the PS5 will not have more than 16GB of RAM. I have the system pegged to have 16GB of GDDR5 or of whatever has replaced that kinda RAM and then 4GB of separate OS ram of most likely the DDR3/4 variety.
As for hardware, I expect the PS5 to have a GPU with anywhere between 5200-6400 shader cores (the PS4 has 1100+) and a CPU clocked at 4GHz. I also expect every game to be rendered natively at 1080p but the console to come with a special separate chip for 4K upscaling. They will settle for this cause they will realize that the power needed to get native 4k games running in a console will be too much to fit inside a console.
