oras will ofc top 4.5m if u combine the two skus
mario kart will get a nice holiday boost, but i dout it will be enough to surpass 4.5m
but neither cod:aw 360 or ps3 version will do last year figures...

Both Destiny (PS4) (VGC) and Mario Kart 8 (Official) are already past 3.5M. They "only" need one more million by the end of the year and they are both bundled. It is very likely for both to get past 4.5 M.
The two SKUs of Pokemeon are the same game (almost) on the same system so yeah, I combine (arguable).
CoD Ghost on PS3 and 360 were around 7-8M at the end of 2013. So even if they do less (which they will), than may still make it (I don't think both will get their though).
