This isn't the US we are talking about here. The EU decision-makers don't listen to anyone: not their own people; not member state governments; not corporations. This can be good or bad, and in this case it is for the better.

I wonder how long education software would be Win32 based if Win32 was effectively banned in schools...


I dont think they would ban windows, just stop MS selling directly to schools.
