With the additional 3.3 million PS4s sold in the second quarter, this brings PS4 total lifetime sales to 12.3 million units
where did they get that number from? i know they have some internal npd and gfk data, but that 3.3m is clearly the last shipped number from sony.
so did they just put up some late sold through mixed figures form npd + gfk and just add that shipped numbers to end at 12.3m?
so maybe 9m sold through ps4 end of june (sonys last quarter ending) + 3.3m shipped for this quarter
at least that would be in line.
its clearly no typo, because ltd shipped numbers would be 13.5m not 13.3
