PS4 is not reported by yen anymore... they changed... it is reaported cost by dollar.
So it really bad a weaker yen.
For PS3 the costs are reported in yen... so the weak yen was better.
Summary:
PS4 = Week yen = Bad
PS3 = Week yen = Good
