God created EVERYTHING in six days, like a magician, not with Evolution. And He said: each animal shall exist according to their kind, which was good.
So God did not intended for a giraffe to have offspring with a fish, for example.
And He certainly did not created the woman for the angels.
So, when the 200 angels (Azazel was one of the leaders) rebelled and changed their glorious habitation (their holy eternal form) so they could "marry" the women, the offspring that came from this unholy union was the NEPHILIN, or the giants (of course they did not born enormous, they just could not stop growing, like it happens with many animal hybrids also).
These angels then teached mankind (Book of Enoch and Genesis 6) all kinds of evil, including corrupting the flesh of animals to create monsters and hybrids.
These nephilin, giants and hybrids were not created by God, but as a offense and mockery to the Most High. Those angels were punished for that by the way, they were tossed in a prison for 70 generations.
The Book of Enoch explains (Also Jude quotes it) that these abominations became the demons after they died, their unholy spirits forever roamming the Earth and tormenting men. Those are the ones that pretend to be ghosts, spirits of light and even aliens.
So, yes, God created everything, but those crazy angels corrupted the creation to generate abominations.
Which is why it is so evil that we are doing it again: creating men/animal hybrids and stuff like that.
Your question reminds me of one my atheistic friends always ask me: Is there anything that God can not do?
The answer is: God can do anything, except LIE. God cannot lie.
Which is the only weapon evil have against Him: to use His own words against God. That is why so many demons tried to stop the prophecies to become true, that is the only hope evil have against the Lord: to prove Him a liar somehow.
That will never happen. The end is coming, God Almighty and Jesus Christ will reign supreme. Before them every knee shall bow down.
