Siegfried from SoulCalibur.
All you have to do with him is spam the Y-button and whack everyone with his huge sword and be done with it. Sure, there's other characters in the game that are equally or maybe even more powerful (Nightmare, Astaroth), but Siegfried is also just fast enough to keep your opponent from recovering in time to hit you.
