Lara Croft is not a stereotype at all. Why would the size of her breasts indicate that she is? She may be giving young girls an unrealistic body image, but that is another issue entirely.

OT: The guy definitely has a point. Pretty much every black character in gaming is straight outta Compton. I'm not sure if Gears is a very good example though, as every character in the game is a walking cliche. I think games rely on stereotyping as a way of conveying information about a character quickly, as game narratives aren't usually sufficiently developed to allow for complex characters.

I'd be more worried about games like CoD4 in which you spend the whole time shooting brown people and communists without any political context.
