That doens't makes sense... if they use PSN/XBL liked to Bungie you have ~5 million users lol

It is all registered XBL/PSN to Destiny's servers... nothing related to Bungie's accounts.

The latestes registered Bungie.net account (http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/8546057) never liked any PSN or XBL account.

I said included, not exclusively. 

In other words, they would be added to those who simply purchased the game, played a friends game, rented the game etc.
