Its the games, look what MHP 2g is doing for the PSP. Sony need get MSG4 and start focusing on Japan for a year or so. Like I said Nintendo is always popular but they shot themselves in the foot by "assuming" that their homeland was gong to buy a system without big titles.
Next would be the size of the system.
