I remember pretty well when consoles of a generation had same graphics as the last one, despite you don't.
That would be every single console with BC. They all output graphics of the past generation, when you put past generation games in them. And people actually want them, can you imagine that? How do you rationalize the fact that people are paying more for PS3 with BC? All they will bring more is last generation graphics for a higher price. I bet it doesn't make sense to you.
Besides, it's sad that you and your fellow actually believe your own BS, as you're basing your "reasoning" on a strawman.
I also don't understand why you can't believe the size argument. Size is important in every household products in Japan.
And I'm not surprised at the fact that Japan is not impressed with HD, they have a far more developed picture culture than any graphic whore can even imagine.
