Yep, I read them and there is a big difference between your exemples and mines.
What you don't understand is that ppl are not calling Sony arrogant because they don't deliver what they promise (indeed, everyone does it).
Ppl are calling Sony arrogant because they keep on lying in a clumsy way, even on the standards of a 4 years'old child. They say white when everybody knows it's black. they say "i don't eat the jam" when it's all over their face.
And if they believe ppl are stupid enough to believe obvious lies, that's because they are arrogant. And so is MS about Red Ring of death.
But there is a huge difference in "quantity" here.
Honesty<=>modesty
