Quad-Radeons scale well at high resolutions, you might just be surprised.
And you don't need an 8k screen to get an 8k resolution display setup anyway today.
And lastly, the PC is a platform that is constantly evolving, if you can't run a game at the full 8k? Then run it at quarter of the resolution and scale it up, PC gamers do the reverse and scale down higher resolutions to a lower one all the time (Most of the time, they probably don't even realise they're doing it.), you still get a better picture than 4k and you can wait whilst the PC hardware evolves and catches up.
Majority of older games and less demanding games will run fine at 8k with quad Radeons, it's only 4x the resolution of 4k.
