Oh so you got the one free character?  Not sure who is free right now.  Its $40 for the entire game which id definitely recommend.  Story should be coming soon, 16 characters, etc.  Personally its the best online fighting game ive played which includes all the big names like MK, SF, Tekken, DoA, etc  

Last I saw TJ Combo is the free character at the moment, I only have shadow jago from day 1 live code.

Fantasia Evolved is also a great kinect game
