Yeah, seriously. That's why I loved GTA3, but it's also why I prefer Vice City. They took that amazing style and just 80's-mo-fied it.
I say Vice City, although I'm also partial to GTA1 and San Andreas. GTA2 and GTA3 were just a little too wonky for me, in that the style couldn't save the gameplay.
