Even though the ground level multiple characters shot is a totally different scene the chrarcter detail on each person is quite noticeably lower with the after shot. In fact most of those people in the after shot look like last gen level of crowd detail. If Ubi can put more people on the street at same level of detail as last gen then that's fine. More people makes the world feel more alive and real. It's one of the problems with inFamous Second Son, the city seems like a ghost town. More hustle and bustle. Having said that the bull shot implies more detailed characters in crowded scenes, so it's still a misleading representation.
