I can't say I've played tons of horror games but resident evil remake on GameCube gets my top spot. Those crimson heads(I think that's what they are called) who sprint after you were terrifying to me. Second place would be eternal darkness, the only game I ever had to shut off because I was too scared lol. In my defense i was playing at 3am in my basement where someone was actually murdered with a hammer.
