Um, the insurance company doesn't take away goods you paid for though.

The insurance company doesn't sell goods... It sells services, and if you defraud them on one policy, they retain the right to cancel all other policies...

Consequently, XBL is also a service, and games purchased are service as well... They have every right to refuse continuation of service to anyone breaking the contract...
