To be fair and cut down the list some I think it would be wise to focus on exclusive/exclusives and disqualify any that are on PC or simply just a timed exclusive that will likely be on Ps4 and PC. As well as not be cross gen, and has to actually be released. That being said I think the only real choices are Killer Instinct and Sunset Overdrive. They are both awesome and frankly the only real exclusives I can think of that are already out.

Then what's to stop people from including games that arn't even on the console, like exclusives from the first xbox for example? I mean it would be the same as including games on the list that A. weren't really exclusive, and B. Arn't even released yet with a chance(albeit very very slim and unlikely, but anything can happen) that they will never even release?

Title says "Best Xbox One Exclusive So far?" Not "List your Top 10 Xbox One games" Perhaps you should change the title.
If you want a list here it is again

2.Killer instinct
I would list 10 but as I said that woul require listing games that A. arn't exclusive and or B. Not released yet. Perhaps ask again in 2016-2017?
