vita, vita tv (japan) and playstation tv (elsewhere) presumably.  pretty bad, given it will include initial shipments for pstv globally.

I don't think anybody honestly expects PSTV to do well.

And EU gets it mid November, so those are probably not shipped yet (not that it would boost the number by much...)
