Sounds like a joke indeed. Good customer service: "We think you're lying so we'll suspend your account." Bad PR and loss of a now angry customer?
I guess they can easily check how many hours you have played the game and simply say sorry no refund. Dunno who determines what the cut-off point is.
What's next, class action lawsuit against Bungie, like the one against KZ SF not really real 1080p?
