Well I knew your stance obviously, my objection in this matter is that while movies like inglorious basterds and the big lebowski may be silly at times (and in ways inherently) their storylines are still cogent at their base and had some sort of an impact. Bayonetta (and really, platinum games in general) is all flash and no substance.
