I mean its obvious you don't know the big reason why Twitch is lacking on PS4.

The OS is fine, but its only advantage is quicker response times.  And that advantage only happens if you did not previous load the app on XBO.  If you did, the switch to it is near instant.

But it is still a advantage of PS4 over Xbone... the features exists and works pretty well for most of us.

You don't understand your opinion about the festures didn't make them useless of a disvantage... the opposite the feature are advantages.

ME: I can do X, Y and Z on PS4... they are advantages over the Xbone that don't have them
YOU: It don't exists on Xbone so I think it is useless and I don't like them

PS4 give more for a gamer than Xbone... a lot more... just in this thread I listed four or five features for gaming not present on Xbone.

Only an advantage if it works as advertised.  Which it doesn't.  Say what you want about my opinion, but input lag is a nasty thing that no one should have to put up with. 

Streaming games - Something I do not want to do, especially at 720 and 30fps.

PS Now - See above. But who would want to go back and stream ps3 games for crappy prices.

These may be an advantage to you, but that is your opinion, in my opinion those features are a hinderance at the time being and for the foreseeable future.
