not sure, how smart that is. could be postive, or negative.  but a sold unit is a sold units. doenst matter if the customer is a lil unsatisfied. so proably the best for sony

How is this negative except in your wishes? Why would the consumer be unsatisfied if everything is clear when you make the purchase? We're not talking about the X1 here.
