My two favorite PS3 games are Uncharted and Heavenly Sword. Uncharted is a must buy. Go get it! Heavenly is very short, but if you can find it cheap .... get it. Its a fun experience. Tell me you PSN whenever you get it! |
I know Assassin's Creed is very polarizing, but I didn't find it too repetitive. It's such a unique experience with some of the best controls in videogaming, that the few repetitive tasks didn't get old to me. The game isn't that long and the missions contain similar elements but play differently (especially the main part of them). I enjoyed Assassin's Creed a lot more than Heavenly Sword, although HS does have some of the best animations in videogames. I think all the games you mentioned are worth playing, with Folklore being the weakest (to me that game was the most repetitive). I suppose most videogames are repetitive it's just how much you enjoy playing them. I'm 150 hours into Oblivion and the combat isn't going to change but I still find it compelling.
