If anything Spencer saved the X1(well maybe not he alone but a number of managers and advisors). He pretty much embodies the almost completely positive image that the X1 has now.
What they should do is hire don Mattrick back and then fire him.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
