I think every company is more focused on selling their console. Everyone is just trying to sell games and hardware and if they make a profit, hey they're happy. In Sony's case, the hit the sweet spot in which they sell the most and make the most profit. Hey, I want Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo to turn a profit. It's the only way the market stays healthy.
