You can select any weapon at any time (outside fights), max out the ammo, play as any character in the game, and 2 funny drake's versions : doughnut drake and cartoon drake. But the real replay value comes from the crushing mode. After you beat hard (I did hard the first time through) you unlock crushing and the gameplay changes a lot. The AI becomes much smarter and you will have to prove how much of a macho you really are. I finished the game in crushing mode but I died 30+ times in some areas. Had to take a break, forget about the game and come back the next day and get through it. Uncharted (single-player), CoD4 (multi-player) and RockBand (party play) are my favorite games of 2007. If you don't get Uncharted you should change your name to "ArtOfDevil".
PS: I made a crappy movie with all the unlockable characters using my old videocamer, it sucks but at least you can see Doughnut Drake, Cartoon Drake and all the others ;)
