Take a step back for a moment and think about exactly how silly that sounds.
As far as philosophy books are concerned I don't read them because they're too distant and cold for me to be able to fit it on for size so to speak and apply it to my real world experiences. I do read philosophical texts, summaries essentially of certain individuals idea's that I can mold to my own world view but when reading long books dealing with philophical ideas it simply becomes impossible for me to apply the knowledge to my real life.
