If Share Play uses the same technology as the Vita's Remote Play, then it should work fairly well. Only downside is the 30fps limit, making some games like Resogun almost unplayable.
I noticed that Vita Remote Play actually works better across the internet. That's probably because the bandwidth load is being split between 2 routers.
