I expect Persona to provide a similar boost to Bloodborne (Persona 4 sold 360k back in 2008, but the series has gained a lot of recognition since then. There is however, a PS3 version). FF may push more than both, it's hard to say. It's not a main series entry (which will of course sell a crap ton), but it is the PS4's first FF title.
It's not just a matter of them providing good initial boosts though, its the long term value they add to the PS4 for any future customers. The PS4's current library is pretty awful over there right now (for anyone not interested in western titles, which is most), and the Japanese don't tend to buy consoles based on their future potential as much as we do in the west. To be honest i'm surprised the PS4 is selling as much as it is right now in Japan.
