I dunno, I think it might do worse than Hyrule Warriors in the west. Dragon Quest just isn't that popular over here, certainly no where near as popular as Zelda anyways.

Yeah, I know it is a much less popular franchise than Zelda, but with an estimated LT sales of Hyrule Warriors being about 1mill I would think that due to the much larger install base on PS3 Dragon Quest Warriors could sell about 800k.
