I'm REALLY surprised I don't see Final Fantasy VII here more...
IMHO only a seleced few can really be 10/10... But I included the ones that came really close!! 
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars: SNES (9.4/10) - Memorable dialogue, characters, funny moments, and a dark story to boot. You would never think Mario in an RPG game would've worked at the time, until you've played this. Only complain is the game is too short.
Fire Emblem: Awakening: 3DS (9.4/10) - Addicting gameplay, crazy support system that makes you want to unlock them all, vast selection of characters, classes, and skills, unit creation and character romances ALONG with having children make this the MOST ADDICTING Fire Emblem game of them all. Only thing holding it back is it's DBZ: Cell like story, which is not bad at all, but rated 8/10 IMO, hence bringing down the overall score.
Marvel vs. Capcom 2: Dreamcast (9.5/10) - Remember having all Eight friends being equally as good as the other come over to play this game for HOURS! Gigantic character cast, annoying but funky and funny music that would get stuck in your head while giving your opponents epic beatdown with air combos or tagging in other characters in had me and my group of friends craving for more each day!
Super Smash Bros. Melee (9.6/10) Melee captured the essence of all the Nintendo characters in it, from it's music dedicated to each character, to it's retro stages (I still love Mushroom Kingdom II to this day!), to it's homage to the past with it's trophies, and detail of moves to each character, this Smash is the best of the series. That and and the smooth gameplay that made anybody good at this game along with the addicting 4 player mode with friends made this Smash a must have game at parties!
Super Mario 64: N64 (9.7/10) - The father of all 3D platformers. Reason why SM64 is so memorable is because although it was the first of it's kind, it pushed 3d platforming sooo much you'd think Nintendo has been doing it for years. Getting all 120 Stars will have you playing for a while, and I used to just play after I beat it just to fly around in the air with the Wing Cap and enjoy the epic ride and music!
Street Fighter Alpha 3: Dreamcast (9.7/10) - I remember putting hours and hours in the single player mode because EVERY character had his/her own story and ending. This it the last SF game Capcom actually made an attempt to make a good story for a fighting game. Loads of fighting options, Super Arts, and a Massive character line up make this one of the most complete and technical fighters EVER.
Baldur's Gate 2 Shadow of Amn/ Throne of Bhaal: PC (9.7/10) The first game I played that introduced romances between characters. The character customations, the RPG elements mixed with the AD&D rules, spells, magical items, and classes, along with twists, riddles, and decision altering gameplay, make this one of the best PC games of all time.
Goldeneye 007: N64 (9.7/10) Father of all console couch multiplayer FPSers. Loads of multiplayer options, fun unlockables, great 007 soundtrack, great retelling of the Goldeneye movie, and challenging time stage completions kept you coming back for more! 2nd BEST FPSer for the N64!! Still remember when I used to pwn all my friends 1 vs. 3...

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (9.7/10) - Epic story, nice cutscenes, characters you will remember forever, and an EXTREMELY addicting LONG Story mode (75+ hours) that is worth going over twice to unlock everything you didn't unlock first playthrough.
Super Metroid: SNES (9.7/10) - My favorite SNES game of all time. The Music, the Isolation like atmosphere, the Movie like Ending to the game, and the Power Ups are the MOST MEMORABLE in the Series. You REALLY have a sense of accomplishment after making Samus so broken... .
Perfect Dark: N64 (9.8/10) - Sorry Goldeneye 007, but this is game is BETTER than you. More weapons, better multiplayer options (with bots included), an epic Sci-Fi story, voice acting, smotther graphics, and a Killer Heroine make Perfect Dark the definite successor to Goldeneye 007.
Metal Gear Solid: PSX (9.8/10) - This game felt like an 8 hour movie, but with a crazy spy twist and and epic voice acting and video game score to boot. I played this game so much I used to see "!" every time I closed my eyes to fall asleep.
Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver: NDS (9.8/10) If you were to tell me this game would have been better than the original, I would have taken a Million dollar bet saying it's not. I would've been in debt for life... The remixed music, the art style changes, the myriad amount of content added to the story, the increasingly long game play (150 + hour story and MORE), and the addiction of 242 Pokémon help this game to make me believe this is the Best game not only of the Pokémon Series, but the best game on the NDS... PERIOD!
Final Fantasy VII: PSX (9.8/10) - This game was ahead of it's time. The multiple endings, epic soundtrack, the emotional ride between Happy, dark, dreadful moments, along with comedy relief at times sucked you in for so long. Along with the coolest cast of characters EVER in a game, FFVII has stood the test of time. It's a HUGE MYSTERY why this game was never remade, because it will sell TENS of MILLIONS if it is.
Resident Evil 4: NGC (9.8/10) - Interactive cutscenes, notorious villains, sexy sidekicks, gory and scary moments, along with great voice acting make this the 2nd best RE of all time. Story was so epic all REs failed in comparrison to it.
And now for the masterpieces...
Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX: Game Boy Color (10/10) - Man oh man, the beginning, the music intro while trying to find your sword, the mysterious story unfolding, nice OST for it's time, addiction of Platforming at times like a Mario game, running with the Pegesus Boots while jumping with the Roc's Feather, the difficulty, and the crazy twist towards the end make this the best handheld Zelda EVER
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition (10/10) - Everything as stated above but with the Wii controllers. This edge REALLY MAKES you feel like your in the game! I feel that's enough to warrant the extra 0.2 points...
Soul Calibar: Dreamcast (10/10) - Tell me why this is still one of the best looking games ever after 13 YEARS! The level design, beauty of the female characters, along with epic story to each character and smooth but challenging gameplay make this the mother and father of all 3D fighters.
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (10/10) -....
Hearing the horse gallup, seeing the moon set while the piano sinks in, and then the Zelda logo fading in while being set under white fire still makes me have goosebumps as if I was watching it 16 years ago. It starts like a LotRs movie b4 we had LotR movies. This game does so much well from Character development, to the concept of night and day, to the Z-targeting, to the story of a boy overcomming odds, to a twist no one saw coming to one of the most fulfilling endings in gaming history. I could go on here, but just know this is the only game I will ever recommend putting on ANY bucket list of playing b4 you die whether you're a gamer or NOT...
