Bloodborne Producer: Targeting 30 FPS because it's better for action games

as suspected... nvidia and other gpu devs better start developing, or at least financing some games, because otherwise pc gamers will hardly find some reason to upgrade in the following years. 1080p/30fps seems to become standard for the average game this console gen.
